Ms Evelyn Wambui Mutura whose photograph appears above is a most WANTED criminal by DCI detectives based at Nairobi Area for failing to honour court summons.
The accused was arraigned for drugging patrons in bars and other social places within Nairobi region and has a warrant of arrest issued by the Chief Magistrate’s Court Milimani.
She is also accused of aligning gangs to cause harm to individuals in several suburbs in Nairobi. Anybody who shall find her to report immediately at the nearest Police station.
