ODM ejects Otiende Omollo from Legal and Justice Committee over negative BBI remarks

ODM Kicks out Rarienda MP Otiende Amollo from the Justice and Legal Affairs Committee of the National Assembly. He will be replaced by Ruaraka MP TJ Kajwang.

The move comes after a clash between the Rarieda MP and Minority Leader John Mbadi over BBI differences.

Drama ensued in Parliament on the set of debate on the Constitution Amendment Bill, 2020, after MP Otiende Amollo (Rarieda) clashed with Minority Leader John Mbadi over constitutional Vs unconstitutional law debate.

The ODM leadership, however, was not happy over the confrontation in the party over stand-in BBI hence axing the senior counsel from the legal committee.
