Omar Lali, the late Tecra Muigai boyfriend has been set free after DPP dropped murder charges

The Director of Public Prosecutions Noordin Haji has appealed to end court proceedings against Omar Lali, the boyfriend of Keroche heiress the late Tecra Muigai.

DPP says he feels like leaving the case as there is no clear push even from the fresh evidence.

The case that was going on at Garsen Law court is almost over when the court received and upheld the DPP decision.

The DPP has requested for an open inquest. As a result, Lali has been discharged and set free.
