Ali Kiba has responded to Diamond Platnumz’s accusation that his album ‘Only One King’ has only one hit song, ‘Utu,’ through his record label.
The accusation was asserted by Diamond in a recent interview with Wasafi Media.
“My 10 tracks are all hits, someone has made a failed album, and there is no hit. In Ali Kiba’s CD has only ‘Utu’ as a hit.”
“He has retained his status, which shows he has done his job well,” he adds.
He added that he appreciates Ali.
Ali Kiba’s record label Kings Music later took to social media to react;
“Kale ka-hit kamoja kutoka kwenye album ya #OnlyOneKing kakipigwa na international dj” (That one hit from the album ‘Only One King’ being played by an international DJ)
The musicians have been rivals for a long time. Diamond previously disclosed that he removed Ali Kiba’s adlibs in the song ‘Lala Salama’ which was supposed to be released as a collabo.
