Over 250,000 people sign a petition for France vs Switzerland to be replayed

Over 250,000 people have signed a petition to see France vs. Switzerland replayed.

The fans are protesting that the match did not follow rules established by FIFA. 

The uproar comes after the Swiss goalkeepers’ move to save a penalty that kicked out France from the competition.

The petition claimed that goalkeeper Yann Sommer did not have his feet on or behind the goal line before saving Kylian Mbappe’s penalty.
