Passport Services at the Immigration Department were on Tuesday suspended due to unavoidable circumstances.
According to the Directorate of Immigration Services, normal services will resume on Frida,y December 27, 2019.
Our sources established that the interruption of the service delivery was caused by a system upgrade.
There were hacking claims but the Immigration officials Decline to comment on it.
