The scene in a nightclub in Bomet town left revellers stunned. After asking for Sh2,000 for a night stand with one of the revellers at a local and popular joint in Bomet, sources revealed that the reveller’s friend noticed the boy and raised an alarm.
Men have received advice not to date women without first verifying their identity.
Police arrested a Form Two student from Kabungut Boys High School for posing as a woman to steal money from men having fun in nightclubs in Bomet town.
Social media users discussed the shocking incident that occurred as the schools opened.
“Hapa ukiwa mlevi (straight men) vizuri tu utatateka aki. Transgender people are underage. Iyo ni double trouble,” @Mwangierustus said on X.
“Tabia zingine kumbe huanza from childhood. Poverty will give you useless skills, because what is this? Maybe the young man decided to change mboka to mboga, since kabungut is the small garden in the homestead where vegetables are planted,” Kelvin Kibe posted on X.
