Tanzania– Tabora Regional Police Commander Emmanuel Nley says following news of two suicides in the area, police are going to arrest those they suspect are planning or thinking to commit suicide.
He added that Religious leaders to pray, counsel and fast for those, who will be trying to commit.

“Suicide is not a police or jailing case, these people need guidance. When these suspects are jailed majority murder themselves in prisons, ” he added.
The Police commander said in Igombe Village in Tabora District following the deaths of Mr. Kanuno Tano and his wife Amina Juma.
Both have committed suicide, according to police. Reports say the husband hanged himself and the wife swallowed an unspecified number of pills.
