ODM boss Raila Odinga says the COVID-19 disease ‘cannot stop reggae’ BBI is half-time and Kenyans should prepare for a referendum as the coronavirus will soon come to an end.
Speaking during an interview at his home in Karen, Mr Odinga equated the disruption of the Building Bridges Initiative to half-time during a football match.
Wako karibu kumaliza kazi yao.”
According to the former Prime Minister, the BBI task force is putting together the report and they are still at work and they will be completing it in good time.
He said there are three phases of presentation of the report: 1) to the National Government for implementation 2) to Parliament for new laws and 3) to Kenyans for a referendum.
