Bungoma Governor Wycliffe Wangamati becomes pandemic profiteer

Bungoma county alleged to have withdrawn Sh 6.9 Million cash in a single day and paid 20-litre water containers suppliers.  The suppliers were paid for supplying 600 jerrycans.

However, the residents protested that 600 containers cannot cost Sh 6.9 Million. Row brews between the residents and the Bungoma Governor saying Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission should investigate before things get out hand.

However, Bungoma Governor Wycliffe Wangamati says resident to keep calm as the count fights against the naval virus. Meanwhile, EACC has already seized some documents that could help in unmasking the Coronavirus fraud in the county.
