Shortly after President William Ruto said that some Kenyans were legally exempt from paying taxes, State House operative Dennis Itumbi posted a caption with Section 7(3) of the Estate Duty Act, Cap 483.
There have been attempts in the National Assembly to get rid of this part of the law that exempts the Moi and Kenyatta families from “estate taxation.” Itumbi posted copies of these documented attempts to get rid of this part of the law.
