Teachers risk One Million fine if wealth not declared -TSC

Teachers across the country have only 2 weeks to declare their wealth, failure to which they risk a 1 million shillings fine or a jail term of one year, the education ministry states.

The Teachers Service Commission has instructed all the headteachers across the country to visit county or sub-county education offices to collect the forms. 

“If you are near a county it sub-county education office please go and fill the wealth declaration forms, or wait for your school manager to come and collect it if you stay far away from the said offices, ” a memo from the TSC stated.
