What you didn’t know about Mp Suleiman Dori before his death in Mombasa

Msambweni Mp Suleiman Dori.

Msambweni MP Suleiman Dori died today at 5.33 am. He died after he succumbed to a heart attack.  

He was taken to Aga Khan hospital five days ago. He was suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes. 

He will be buried today at 4.00 pm as per Islamic faith and rites. He was to be flown to India today as referred by the Aga Khan hospital. 

Mr. Dori was an ODM mp. Last year, a fallout between ODM MPs and the secretariat witnessed after he and Malindi Mp Aisha Jumwa were alleged to be allied to Deputy President William Ruto. 

Dor is the second ODM Mp to die while in office after the death of Kibra Mp Ken Okoth.

He has a diploma in Community development from YMCA college, Nairobi. Before his death, he was the chairman of the Coast parliamentary association.
