Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, has disclosed that he does not use any social networking sites.
In a segment with Sky Sports, the Spaniard discussed the reason for his absence from these channels.
Guardiola has achieved an unparalleled degree of success in football, earning him a reputation as one of the finest managers in the industry.
For example, he is the only manager in England to win a triple, having done it once before with Manchester United’s Sir Alex Ferguson.
Additionally, in the 2023-24 Premier League season, he becomes the first-ever manager to win four straight championships.
Guardiola said that his phone is devoid of any social media apps. He only uses it for normal messages and calls.
“I don’t use WhatsApp, sorry. I find emails annoying. I don’t use WhatsApp or other similar apps, so all I have is a phone,” he stated.
“There is not a single TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook account. That’s my phone and my texts. I prefer to avoid interruptions and peace of mind.”
