Kaslip Loan: How to qualify for new Co-op Bank Kaslip Loan

Co-op Bank introduced a new loan product called the Kaslip Loan, designed for individuals to borrow using just their pay slips. Here are more details about the Kaslip Loan below.

The Kaslip Loan allows individuals to borrow between Sh50,000 and Sh9 million based on their pay slips.

It is meant for purposes such as education, medical expenses, land purchases, or starting a business. The loan can be repaid over a period of up to 96 months.

To apply, all you need is:

  • Your last 3 months’ pay slips
  • A copy of your National ID Your KRA PIN

Once submitted, the loan is processed within 48 hours using a simple credit scoring system.

Co-op Bank also has a short-term loan option called Pesa iko MCo-opCash, allowing you to borrow between Sh1,000 and Sh500,000. This option is perfect if you need a quick loan, with repayment terms ranging from 1 to 3 months.

To apply, simply dial *667# after registering on MCo-opCash and having a Co-op salary account.

To open the account, you’ll need:

  • Original and copy of your ID or passport
  • Passport photo (taken at the branch)
  • Sh600 for the debit card (including excise duty)
  • A copy of your KRA
