Liverpool Advanced with Bournemouth for Milos Kerkez Signing

Liverpool is trying to buy a left-back named Milos Kerkez from Bournemouth, and talks are moving quickly, according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

The 21-year-old player from Hungary is a key target for Liverpool and is excited about the chance to join the team, which is the current champion of the Premier League.

Right now, Liverpool and Bournemouth are discussing the price for Kerkez, who has played well this season with two goals and six assists in 36 games.

Bournemouth wants around £45 million for Kerkez. Liverpool’s sporting director, Richard Hughes, who brought Kerkez to Bournemouth from AZ Alkmaar in 2023, is leading the talks and using his good relationship with Bournemouth.

Kerkez is known as a strong and aggressive full-back, and Liverpool sees him as a future replacement for Andy Robertson, who has not been playing as well lately.

This move is part of Liverpool’s effort to strengthen their defence, and they are also close to signing Jeremie Frimpong from Bayer Leverkusen for about £30 million.

Even though other big clubs like Manchester City, Chelsea, and Real Madrid are interested, Liverpool is in a strong position to sign Kerkez, showing they want to stay successful in the 2025/26 season.

Mother and joyful journalist.
