Mathias Mpuuga Ropes Bobi Wine To Masaka Killings

Mathias Mpuuga, who used to be the Deputy President of the National Unity Platform (NUP), is now saying he might take his former boss, Bobi Wine, to court because he claims Bobi has damaged his reputation.

This issue started when Bobi Wine made a shocking statement during a recent press conference.

He claimed that the late Hon. Muhammad Ssegirinya told him before he died that Mpuuga was the one who planned the abduction of both Ssegirinya and Hon. Allan Ssewanyana, as well as the fake murder charges related to the Masaka killings.

Bobi’s accusation has stirred up a lot of anger within the NUP and among the public.

Many people don’t believe Mpuuga’s threats of legal action and are mocking him on social media.

They remind everyone of past videos where Ssegirinya questioned why, if he was really behind the killings, powerful people like Mpuuga and Abed Bwanika were not being investigated.

Some critics argue that Mpuuga’s claims about his damaged reputation don’t make sense because they believe his public image is already very poor.

Others think that Mpuuga’s legal threats are not just about defending himself; they believe he is trying to distract the public from the recent outcry over the serious abduction and alleged torture of Bobi Wine’s bodyguard, Eddy Mutwe.
