Pop star Lana Del Rey made a big impression over the weekend when she showed up at the fancy wedding of YouTuber Remi Ashten (also known as Remi Cruz) and Cal Parsons at Bella Vista Estate in Santa Barbara, California, on June 14, 2025.
Lana’s surprise appearance at the wedding of the lifestyle influencer got many fans excited and caused a buzz on social media. People are curious about the growing friendship between Lana and her favourite YouTuber.
The wedding was called a “royal wedding” by fans. Remi Cruz, who has over 5 million followers on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, wore a beautiful ball gown by designer Vivienne Westwood and a long veil.
Her bridesmaids, including her podcast co-host Alisha Marie, wore matching pink dresses, while the groom, Cal Parsons, wore a custom white tuxedo.
Lana Del Rey was there with her sister, Chuck Grant, wearing a floral dress and looking relaxed, along with a vape and a cute toy.
The wedding had a fun after-party inspired by a Korean night market, complete with wedding-themed merchandise and a crane machine full of stuffed animals, creating a festive atmosphere.
Lana’s friendship with Remi began in 2023 when she shared during the Billboard Women in Music event that she was a fan of Remi.
She said, “I watch you and Remi every day,” to Remi’s friend, Oli Abbas. Later, she thanked Remi, Oli, and Alisha for their support during COVID in her acceptance speech.
In 2024, Remi, Oli, and Alisha came to watch Lana perform at Coachella, and their friendship has grown since then, leading to Lana attending the wedding.
