Mulamwah Survives Road Accident, Shares Shocking Details of Damaged Mercedes-Benz

Kenyan content creator and actor David Oyando, popularly known as Mulamwah, narrowly escaped injury in a road accident on June 20, 2025, describing the incident as a “miracle” on his social media platforms.

The comedian shared harrowing details and photos of his recently acquired Mercedes-Benz, which sustained significant damage, sparking concern among fans and amplifying discussions about road safety in Kenya.

In a heartfelt post on X and Instagram, Mulamwah recounted the terrifying moments before the crash, stating, “Happened so fast, we are grateful to God no one was injured.”

The images of his wrecked luxury vehicle, purchased earlier this year, shocked followers, with many expressing relief at his safety.

The accident, which occurred under circumstances yet to be detailed, has drawn attention to Kenya’s rising road traffic incidents, with over 4,000 fatalities reported annually by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA).

Mulamwah’s post, accompanied by hashtags like #Grateful and #RoadSafety, quickly gained traction, with fans and celebrities, including Eric Omondi and Terence Creative, flooding his comments with messages of support.

“Thank God you’re safe, bro,” Omondi wrote on X. The incident follows Mulamwah’s recent public feud with ex-partner Ruth K, highlighting his resilience amid personal and now physical challenges.

Road accidents remain a pressing issue in Kenya, with NTSA data indicating a 5.8% rise in crashes in 2024 due to factors like speeding and poor vehicle maintenance.

Mulamwah’s accident has reignited calls for stricter enforcement of traffic regulations, with drivers asked to prioritize safety. “This is a wake-up call for all of us on the road,” a fan said.
