The 21-year-old French youth international, who impressed during a loan spell at Southampton last season, has inked a five-year contract with the Clarets, as confirmed by multiple sources, including The Athletic’s David Ornstein. Lesley Ugochukwu’s journey to Turf Moor began with his £23.5 million transfer from Rennes to Chelsea in August 2023, where he signed a seven-year deal.
