People in Mamboleo estate, Kisumu County, couldn’t believe what happened one Tuesday morning. Agnes Achieng, a 42-year-old who runs a hardware shop, arrived to find her place broken into. Thieves had taken everything worth about Ksh 2.3 million – cash, electronics, tools, and stock ready for the holidays.
