Marion Naipei Reveals Opande James Threesome Demand

Marion Naipei, 23, has revealed that James Opande demanded a threesome, which she refused, leading him to leak viral videos of her. The 23-year-old Maasai woman and mother of one from Kenya spoke out on January 17, 2026, saying Opande gave her alcohol and pills before trying to involve other men.

Naipei claims the clips were posted as revenge after she turned him down. She apologised for being drunk but stressed the act was without her consent.

Naipei shared her side in a statement and live session. She said Opande promised a fun night out. Instead, he spiked her drink with pills he called reducers for the alcohol. “Alinipatia pombe alafu akanipatia pills akinidanganya ni za kureduce pombe then akaniitia wanaume wengine akitaka twende threesome,” she explained.

That translates to him giving her booze, then pills, pretending they reduce the effects, before calling other men for a threesome. Naipei refused and left. The next day, videos appeared online showing her intoxicated.

The clips include part 1, where Opande lifts her dress while she stumbles. Part 2 captures their talk, with Naipei slurring words like “Mimi nae nataka! Itabidi umeamsha.”

Opande asks if she came to tease. Naipei now says she has no clear memory of those moments. She feels violated by the sharing. “I’m sorry I was drunk,” she added but blamed Opande for the setup.

Opande, a medic based in the US, was visiting Kenya for holidays. He posted the videos on his social media. His profiles show him as married with kids. The act drew quick backlash.

Many called it harassment. Naipei went to Buruburu Police Station with activist Geoffrey Mosiria. She reported drugging, exposure and cybercrimes. Police probe James Opande.

Mosiria helped Naipei file the report. He called it a case of exploitation. “Young women deserve protection,” he said in the live. Naipei wants justice and compensation. She feels the videos ruined her peace. “Vile mimi mrembo hivi sae siwezitoka nje, mnakodolea tu macho, ni kama nimeiba,” she wrote earlier, meaning she cannot go out without stares like she did something wrong.

Online views split. Some blame Naipei for drinking. Others say Opande crossed lines. As a married man, his actions raised family questions. Comments on TikTok and Instagram debate consent in clubs. Women share stories of similar tricks. Men split on if it was fun or wrong.

Naipei lives in Mwihoko, Nairobi. She is a mother and keeps a low profile. The leak turned her life upside down. Followers wait for his side. Police gather evidence from videos and witnesses. If charged, he could face fines or jail under the Sexual Offences Act and Computer Misuse law.

Clubs in Nairobi see this often. Phones record moments that go viral. Security watches, but it’s not always enough. Patrons say stay alert with drinks. Spiking risks rise in busy spots like Westlands.
