In the past 72 hours, this guy, now openly known as Yatseslav, has been trending because of his videos showing how he easily picks up women. No talking stage, no introduction, just encounters, some with seemingly married women.
His final words before deleting videos, Yatseslav said that he had mastered the art of picking up women, especially the ones that are 40+ years old. His statement added that he realised he did not spend any cash or even buy gifts.
Now let us address the elephant in the room. Let’s face it, everyone wants to try new things; by things I mean intimate ones. The ladies trusted the Russian guy, because someone can only be comfortable with you to get intimate.
On the other hand, and this is a very uncomfortable thing to say without getting cancelled, it is important for people not to trust someone 100%, judging by the number of deaths reported.
Now let us dive into the women that were exposed. Noticed a number of them were above 30 and were in professions that some in society look at as “undesirable”; any slight of attention and compliments their way, and they more often than not easily fold.
Some were young and naive, and life has given them a second chance of showing them that you do not trust easily without scrutinising. A lesson, though learnt the hard way, but that’s life.
As for the married men that were unfortunately a part of the operation, it is very difficult to assess the possible reasons as to why they decided to engage him.
Possibly to try out “new things” after a long and boring marriage. Marriage can be tough and boring if you guys don’t try to rekindle the things that made you two guys fall in love in the first place.
The young ones were just naive and thought they grasped a golden chance to secure the bag, if you know what I mean. So blinded that they were not able to see his recording glasses.
Only one lady saw the glasses and called him out, which made him end the stream. Not all blame goes to the ladies because they may have never seen Meta glasses before. Life is a learning curve; unfortunately, they learnt the hardest way possible.
I’ll put a lion’s share of the blame on poverty. Poverty makes you idle; an idle mind is the devil’s workshop, really. Because why can someone you meet during the day casually walk up to you and tell you to meet in the evening and go? POVERTY.
In conclusion, Yatseslav should be held accountable as well for recording women without consent. Because no Kenyan or African can go to Russia, record their women, expose them and leave scot-free.
