Trans Nzoia woman Phanice Chemutai fatally shot by a licensed gun holder who believed that she was Caroline Kangogo, the rogue cop who has been on the run.
“Phanice Chemutai Juma has been shot in the abdomen by Ken Muyundo, a licensed firearm holder, at the Kiminini Market in Trans Nzoia County. This is on suspicion that she was the wanted killer cop Caroline Kangogo.” indicated Northrift News.
