Numerous clients are experiencing agonising delays in receiving goods shipped from China by freight forwarding company “Rolling Cargo.”

Standard delivery timelines are 30–45 days, but some shipments have been pending for over 60 days without updates or assistance from the company.

There are multiple complaints from frustrated clients flooding Rolling Cargo’s Facebook page, but the responses are inadequate and full of excuses.

Malika, the operations supervisor, stands out for her dismissive and arrogant behaviour towards clients.

“We haven’t received goods from China in over 60 days. The office staff is arrogant when clients inquire about their orders.

“We shipped goods in mid-March 2024, but Rolling Cargo hasn’t confirmed receipt at their warehouse,” sources claim, according to top blogger Cyprian Nyakundi.

“Typically, delivery takes 30-45 days, but since mid-April, we’ve had no assistance despite numerous follow-ups. Visiting their office yields no results. They claim that the goods are awaiting clearance with no updates.

“Many clients complain on their Facebook page, receiving the same excuses. Their operations supervisor, Malika, is particularly unhelpful and dismissive towards clients.”
