Oath to Nairobi City hall fails. Speaker Benson Mutura oath-taking ceremony rescheduled for Monday.
The move comes after a Judge linked to his did not show up for the ceremony.
Benson Mutura was expected to be sworn in as the new interim governor of Nairobi city county.
The ceremony did not proceed after the judge failed to show up at the event.
The swearing-in was expected to take place between 4 and 8 p.m. The event is now expected to take place on Monday from 10.00 AM.
