CS Mutahi Kagwe just made a new breed of Robert Burale and David Murathe to form new Robert Murathe.
During daily coronavirus briefings in Mombasa, the health CS left a talk while some citing a stage managing interview over coronavirus with Robert Burale.
However, that was not the part. The CS left people with breaking ribs “laughter” after he mistook Burale and Murathe.
