Detectives arrests Edward Okuku, 33, and Yahya Ismael Sian, 32, considered to be issuing fake COVID-19 certificates in Busia.
The detectives seized a computer and a scanner which was assumed to be used in running a fake COVID-19 testing centre.
The two suspects are confined as hunt for Mark Ouma- deemed to be the leader increases.
