Gatundu South Mp Moses Kuria under fire after assaulting a Woman at Royal Media Services offices. The legislature allegedly to have stabbed a political commentator Joyce Wanja at the Royal Media studios(Inoorotv) after an interview.
KOT demand the arrest of Moses Kuria citing gender-based violence is not provided in the Constitution.
The action happened on 8th December 2018. On a video, the woman wants justice to prevail despite efforts of recording statement at the DCI.

” Nothing has been done. Moses Kuria is still walking free. I took witnesses, video snapshots and images to the DCI but looks like they are dining with the legislature, ” the molested Woman said.
” Women have rights and must be respected. The legal authorities must take action against this leader who has purposely become oppressive to women. History has it that an abusive man especially towards women has an undealt background, ” a kind follower posted on twitter.
