In Emali, Makueni County, a police car was set on fire, and a guy was shot to death.
A gunshot believed to have been fired by a police officer Wednesday while dispersing protesters in Emali Town struck a middle-aged man, who allegedly died instantly.
They were among the rioters taking part in the local protests against the administration.
After being shot in the leg, another individual suffered injuries.
The protesters set fire to cars across the town, destroyed a police land cruiser, and engaged the police in running fights.
The Emali branch of Equity Bank had window damage as a result of the protests.
The demonstrations in Wote and Makindu towns were supposed to be led by Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka.
Napeiyan stated, “I’m in Embu, and I haven’t heard any news about the incidents.
Since then, large municipalities worldwide have increased the number of police personnel.
The Kajiado County, Kitengela, Assistant County Commissioner’s office was one of the governmental buildings damaged during the Wednesday demonstrations.
After being vandalised, the office was deliberately set on fire by demonstrators. The chief’s office is also located in the office.

Three people in the region were killed by gunfire during the demonstrations.
The Nairobi Motorway has been damaged by demonstrators in Mlolongo, which is next to Kitengela, and traffic on the Mombasa route has been disrupted.
