IPOA swings on Rex Kanyike Masai shooting, Ruto orders his men to find ongoing protest financiers

IPOA officers are currently on the scene, searching for the exact location where the tragic shooting of Rex Kanyike Masai occurred during the anti-Finance Bill protests in Nairobi. 

They also plan to review CCTV footage later today to gather more evidence and ensure a thorough understanding of the events leading up to the incident.
