Kenya becomes a military state, Kimani Ichungwa moved a motion as parliament approves

National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichungwa, Kenya becomes a military state.

After 30 minutes of motion moved by National Assembly Majority Leader Kimani Ichungwa, Kenya becomes a military state.

Leaders say Hon. Wetangula, the Speaker, has shown an extreme lack of wisdom. If anything, he could have demonstrated his own leadership even when the majority of MPs were blind.

The Speaker has approved the military deployment due to the MPs’ inability or unwillingness to listen to the people who elected them. “Their own peaceful, impoverished villagers are protesting.”

Leaders claim that the message is clear and final. “You Kenyans are trash, and your voices are foul. Only MPs’ lives matter, not yours.”

“You cannot make a motion in Parliament to approve the deployment of KDF after you have already deployed them. That was a grave injustice and an abuse of power,” Justice Otiende Omollo reacted.

The suspension of the Constitution appears to have occurred. We cannot allow that,” Azimio leader Raila Odinga said in response to the hurried motion.
