A 30-year-old man from Kilifi chokes to death on his saliva while engaging in sexual activity with his girlfriend.
In a heartbreaking occurrence that took place in Kilifi, a man tragically passed away after choking on his saliva while being intimate with his lover.
The 30-year-old Bernard Omayo was claimed to have visited Cecilia Chepkirui’s rented apartment by the 30-year-old Cecilia Chepkirui, according to records under OB number 47/22/05/2024.
Claiming to have choked on saliva, Omayo fainted during foreplay.
Omayo was hurried to Kilifi County Hospital by Chepkirui, who immediately contacted her neighbours for help. Tragically, doctors and nurses declared him dead upon arrival.
“She then carried for treatment from her surrounding nearby neighbours and rushed him to Kilifi County Hospital where he was pronounced dead on arrival,” according to a report from the police.
To take notes on the occurrence, police officers went to the location.
To ascertain the precise cause of death, a postmortem examination will be conducted on Omayo’s remains at the Kilifi County Hospital Mortuary.
Crime scene investigators from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Kilifi North have taken up the case.
The suspect, Chepkirui, will give her statement to the authorities once the autopsy is finished.
