Kirinyaga county assembly speaker has resigned today. Letter written to the county clerk and the governor Anne Waiguru indicated that he had personal reasons.
Mr David Githanda tendered his resignation Tuesday citing personal reasons in a notice addressed to the Governor Anne Waiguru.
