Late Ken Okoth went to Olympic primary and later joined Starehe boys high School. The late Ken came from a poor background from the Kibera slums.
According to the eulogy, late Ken okoth’s education at Starehe Boys, By then, Starehe Boys High school was under the stewardship of Griffins who was known for sponsoring bright students from the poor background and some government-sponsored.
ODM leader Raila Odinga clashed with late Okoths’ relatives after he publicly claimed that he sponsored late Kens’ Education and took him as his Son.
The controversy angered Kibra constituents saying former prime who was Kibera Mp for over 15 years did not improve or raise people standard than what Okoth did in less than 10 years.
