It is believed that the individual who opened fire on the magistrate was the accused’s husband. According to reports, the accused’s husband opened fire on the magistrate after his wife’s bail was revoked due to her failure to appear in court.

According to Mike Sonko,” The wife to OCS Kipruto from londiani was charged with obtaining 1.9M. She has cancer and has been in hospital hence not appeared severally in court. She came today while still on oxygen and the magistrate send her to be detained until 27th and canceled her bond.

“That’s what angered the husband who shot her and was equally shot dead. The body of the OCS is still in court and the wife as well. The magistrate has been taken to hospital. May the Ocs rest in eternal peace. Quick recovery to the magistrate.”

Mike Sonko added,” The power of pussycat. Mujue, the ailing woman who made the Ocs to shoot the Hon. magistrate is said to be just a mpango wa kando and not a legitimate wife. The real wife of the late Ocs is also a senior police officer she was once the OCs in my neighbourhood,  then transferred to Coast, then back to Kanairo na sai ako course She’s my good buddy na ako na wako na watoto wakubwa sana pamoja. I won’t disclose her name. Very unfortunate, my condolences to the family of the deceased officer and quick recovery to both, the Hon. magistrate and the accused person in custody.”
