— July 22, 2024 Nairobi governor Mike Sonko arrested when he was on the way to Mombasa. Sonko was taken back to Nairobi for the graft charges.
Mike Sonko is alleged to have swindled Ksh. 367 Million at the city hall. DCI says the governor was on the way to his hideout In Kwale.
