Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has been arrested for allegedly assaulting(Molesting) a woman.

A video has been going round of Grace Wanja claiming that DCI has not taken any action against the legislature despite reporting.

The viral video made DCI arrest the MP over the allegations.

The MP was taken to Kilimani Police Station to record a  statement over the assault.

Kuria is reported to have Molested Joyce Wanja alias Wagichungumwa at Inooro Television where the two met to discuss the Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) report.
