ODM nomination dispute in Kilifi county has reached a notch higher after the ODM dispute resolution committee together with an electoral commission representative flee from Nairobi to Kilifi county assembly.

In an interview in Kilifi, the ODM party branch vice chairman, and Ganze M.P Hon. Teddy Mwambire said that the party will be looking forward to correcting the gazetted county assembly nominees for the as forwarded by the IEBC.

“We sent our list of nominees as ODM in Kilifi but the IEBC brought their own list of their preferred candidates.  They wanted to fix Lamu county with Kilifi also, so that people will see that all parties are in the same boat. We are saying no to the list and as they come we are eager to fix this issue once and for all.” Hon Teddy Mwambire said.
