The former Mombasa senator has officially announced to support President Uhuru Kenyatta and the Jubilee brigade in Mombasa. Speaking in Mombasa the former wiper secretary-general said that the NASA leadership has no future and decided to support the president for his development records.
Just after he detached NASA, critics said that they were already aware of what he was to be his next move. Just a month after he said to quit politics and proceed with his studies, he has changed his mind after a proper consultation with the Jubilee team in Mombasa lead by the Mombasa Jubilee point person Suleiman Shahbaal.
The former Wiper SG petitioned against the Mombasa current governor Hassan Joho. The Jubilee candidate also filed a petition against the same governor. The Mombasa high court scrutinized the evidence and terminated the petitions. Justice Eric Ogola also concluded all the cases against the current governor Hassan Joho.
“I have seen pontetial in Jubilee, Mombasa need someone who will take it further than Hassan Joho. I have decided to join hands with my friends in Jubilee in order to make sure President Uhuru Kenyatta will get enough votes in Mombasa whether they like it or not.” he said at Jubilee Mombasa headquarters in Nyali.
