[PHOTOS] Nick Ruto weds in a traditional ceremony, Koito, in Karen

Deputy President William Ruto’s firstborn son Nick Ruto weds his longtime girlfriend, on Saturday, January 15, at Windy Ridge in Karen, Nairobi.

Nick,30, walked down the isle with his lover Evelyn Chemutai in a gorgeous traditional ceremony commonly known as Koito among the Kalenjin population.

Chemutai, a daughter to Mr and Mrs David Baron from Laikipia county, wore a brown maxi dress in her biological hair with Nick plopping on a white Kaunda suit and a fedora cap with a taste of African pattern.

In attendance were political executives associated to DP Ruto comprising of Governor Jackson Mandago and Stephen Sang.

Senators were Kipchumba Murkomen of Elgeyo Marakwet, Aaron Cheruiyot (Kericho) and MPs Alice Wahome (Kandara), Caleb Kositany (Soy), Gladys Boss Shollei (Uasin Gishu) among others.
