President Uhuru Kenyatta met Bodaboda associations in Kisii with ODM leader Raila Odinga.
President Uhuru pledged Sh 3 Million to the Bodabodas through the Kisii Governor James Ongwae.
ODM leader Raila Odinga said the youths must read the building bridges initiative instead of being used by People. The BBI report includes policies for youths empowerment.
The Associations have over 30,000 members.
He added that the government will not dissolve the parliament but look for ways to get the Gender Rule where the BBI will be used to bridge the gap.
Youth have been encouraged to take Political posts ahead of the coming elections.
As a way of dealing with two-thirds gender dilemma for elective posts, the BBI team proposes Kenyans to elect 360 MPs from the 290 Constituencies and also elect a man and a woman to the Senate from each county.
