Raila Odinga will go to the ballot as ODM party leader but not NASA. NASA was registered as a coalition as what was in Jubilee in 2013. Jubilee had TNA, URP and much more now NASA has ODM, Wiper, Ford Kenya, ANC, CCM and much more.
ODM party is set to unveil the Raila Odinga formally as its presidential flag bearer tomorrow in Nairobi.
The ODM National Delegates’ Convention to be held at the Kasarani Gymnasium will bring together delegates from all the 47 counties as its think-tanks put finishing touches on what they have crafted as “an unstoppable Brand Raila”.
The convention will bring top business people across the country and ODM aspirants. The main purpose will be getting concentrated brand ambassadors to steer the former prime Minister in his bid for the State top Job. The political map analysing team comprises of Dr David Ndii, Dr Dan Ameyo, Dr Mutakha Kangu, Koitamet ole Kina, Abubakar Zein among others.
It is also revealed that all the parties in the NASA coalition will also hold their conventions in order to market NASA and strategizing the respective political parties.
“It will be a contract worth the signature of every Kenyan,” Raila promises.
The Pentagon will then hit the road for a gruelling presidential campaign that they say, “Will be like no other”.
“We shall take no county or village for granted. We will go to each of the 47 counties,” Raila vowed. “Will scour every village to unseat Jubilee. We are ready and prepared for campaigns in every corner of this country. Preparations are in very high gear. As Raila said, it will be a campaign like none other that has ever taken place in this country,” Muthama concluded.
The NASA coalition chief principles meet after comprehensive reports compiled across the country in regard to the next general elections. The delegates will map the critical areas in the country. The mapping is based on an undisclosed opinion poll whose results remain secret, although the findings were discussed extensively during the retreat and other meetings.
The NASA coalition is looking for all possible ways to get in the state as the duos correct their mistakes. The mistakes done in 2013 will not be repeated in this year’s elections. The principals and major business people, among them Jimmy Wanjigi and David Langat who decamped from Jubilee after cold wars with Deputy president vowed to back up NASA in the Jubilee stronghold.
