The man who was burnt at Buruburu phase 5 in his car was alive before the fire broke up. This is according to the government pathologist Johansen Oduor.

There was no movement of someone trying to escape. He did not move even an inch from the normal seating position at the drivers seat. 

During the autopsy, its was discovered that his lungs were full of smoke.

The man named Terrence Korir  was burnt in his as he was preparing for work.

The 36-year-old man Terrence Korir died in the driver’s seat of his parked car in an 8.30am incident that very few neighbours were aware of before fire engines started arriving.

There was no movement of him trying to escape. He sat quietly watch the car burning including himself according to forensic report.

The 36-year-old is married to Ruth Wanjiru, and they have two children.

The major reason why he did not try to escape after the fire broke up is still under investigation.
