What you did not know about Citizen TV actress Elizabeth Wanjiru alias Charity Mwamba

Charity Mwamba life in Mother In law series
Charity Mwamba is still recognised as a TV spectacle for a decade in the local TV drama dubbed Mother-In-Law on Citizen TV. 
Charity is the main character in Citizen TV Swahili telenovela Mother in Law and is known for her eye snatching role as the mother in law.
The show rotates on how she deals with those around her, especially her workers, sons and daughters-in-law. 
She is a stringent mother who doesn’t withstand nonsense and is always over-protective of her sons. 
Elizabeth ‘Charity Mwamba’ Wanjiru began performing at Alliance Girls and rose to celebrity status through the big Mother-In-Law position. 
Charity is also a retired teacher, having gone through a sad marriage story after parting ways with her husband of 13 years in 1981 while she was in her 40’s.
Her Ex-husband, who is a prominent senior politician Shem Bageine in Uganda, left Kenya in 1987 with their 3 children, 2 daughters and a  last-born son after his passport was withdrawn. 
In conclusion,  she acquires a postgraduate diploma in Bachelor of Arts from The University of Nairobi
She taught at Mary Leakey Girls and became a principal at Kambui Girls. She later taught at Thogoto Teachers Training College.
