Mwalimu Francis Njiriri and a group of passersby made a timely gesture of humanity that led to the successful rescue of the well-known comedian Henry DeSagu.
In a post on Facebook, the Good Samaritan stated that everything began when he witnessed the humorist crying out on Thika-Ngoingwa-Mangu Road. He said that this was the beginning of everything.
At around 9.40 in the morning, Njiriri was out conducting errands when he came across a young guy roaming aimlessly in the middle of the busy road. That’s when the incident occurred.
As automobiles tried to dodge him, they honked their horns, but the guy seemed unaffected by the situation. Njiriri made the decision to intervene, recognizing that something was amiss.
As he approached him with caution, he immediately recognized the well-known visage of Henry DeSagu, a well-liked online content producer who is famous for his amusing sketches.
Njiriri reported that DeSagu was not his usual self. He was yelling and speaking in a manner that was inappropriate. “I had a strong desire to be of assistance.”
Through the help of a number of onlookers, Njiriri was able to successfully convince DeSagu to get inside his car.
After that, the gang took him to Thika Level 5 Hospital, where Dr. Catherine, a psychiatrist who was on call, treated him with prompt medical attention.
After the disaster, Njiriri thanked everyone who helped.
When he asked for assistance, he expressed his gratitude to all of the kind-hearted individuals who came forward to assist him. Your generosity could have potentially saved a life today.
The Kenyan people, according to Njiriri, should constantly make sure to check on the individuals who are important to them because they never know when a small act of concern might make all the difference.
DeSagu himself recently shared a social media post that hinted to emotions of insecurity, which some people may have discounted as part of his content production.
