Former president Uhuru Kenyatta has once again been seen in public, attending the wedding of ex-Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang’i’s daughter.
Uhuru Kenyatta conveyed a heartfelt message while speaking to guests at Fred Matiangi’s daughter’s wedding.
Among the prominent attendees at Fred Matiang’i’s daughter’s wedding was Uhuru Kenyatta.
A post on the former president’s Facebook account showcased photos capturing the events of the dignitary wedding.
In the post, Uhuru speaks to the attendees, and in other pictures, he is seen mingling with the guests at the ceremony.
The well-known leader donned a vintage maroon shirt paired with a cream fedora hat, while Matiang’i was dressed in an all-black suit.
Notable figures who attended Wendy and Franklin’s wedding included Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka, veteran politician Sam Ongeri, Nyamira governor Amos Nyaribo, former ICT CS Joe Mucheru, and former Interior PS Karanja Kibicho.
“Marriage is a beautiful journey that requires love, trust, and respect from both partners. Wendy and Franklin, as you embark on this new chapter of your lives, I wish for your home to be filled with peace and joy, and may your relationship serve as a model for others,” stated Uhuru.
The former president also emphasized the importance of family in fortifying societal connections.
He further remarked:
