The remains of a 26-year-old man who vanished in Nairobi on New Year’s Eve after enjoying a night out at a Kasarani venue have been found in the same locality.
Ian Singoe is said to have arrived in Nairobi from Bomet on December 29, 2024, to complete some job-related tasks.
Pauline Korir, Singoe’s mother, stated that on December 31, he went out to meet friends at a Kasarani entertainment spot but failed to return to the home where he was staying during his visit.
Family members who checked Singoe’s phone indicated it was still operational at approximately 1 am on January 1, 2025, before ultimately becoming unresponsive.
His remains have reportedly been located in Kasarani Mwiki as inquiries into his death begin.
