Utah Hockey Club Transforms into Utah Mammoth

The Utah Hockey Club has officially adopted the name Utah Mammoth, following an extensive fan voting process that garnered over 850,000 votes.

The fan-driven branding process, which spanned 850,000 votes, came together in 13 months and includes a few juicy easter eggs.

This rebranding introduces a logo featuring mammoth elements, symbolizing a ‘new Ice Age’ for Utah hockey.

While the team has not yet confirmed the unveiling of new home and away jerseys, the excitement around the new identity is palpable.

Discussions among fans and sports analysts have sparked regarding the innovative name and logo design.

Additionally, the team’s recent luck in the NHL Draft Lottery, securing the fourth overall pick, adds to the anticipation for the upcoming draft, where new players might don the Mammoth jerseys.

They’ll wear the (very cool) logo at home and UTAH on the road. Gear goes on sale today at the team store, and jerseys will be available later this summer. Their NHL draft picks will wear them in June.
