iZone Africa Fingered for Withholding Providers Payments

Service providers are unhappy with iZone Africa, a marketing company in Nairobi, because they have not been paid for work done in March and April 2025.

The people affected say they finished their work on projects for Watu Simu and Zenex Technologies, but they have not received any payments, even after asking many times.

They feel that iZone Africa has not given clear answers about when they will get paid, and every time they ask for payment, they are told to wait longer.

These delays are causing problems in their personal lives. Many are having trouble paying for rent, school fees, and other important expenses.

Some people feel that even though they did their job well and on time, they are just being asked to be patient without knowing when they will be paid.

The complaints show a pattern of late payments that the affected individuals feel is not being addressed. They are asking for a quick solution and are warning others in the creative and freelance field to be careful when working with this agency.

iZone Africa is located in Kileleshwa and does work in areas like marketing events, creative design, digital strategies, and event technology.

One source said, “We are very disappointed to say that iZone Africa has not paid us for the work we completed for Watu Simu and Zenex Technologies in March.

Today is May 7, and despite many follow-ups, we still have not received any payment. All we are told is to be patient, but nothing has changed. We trusted this partnership and did our job well and on time.

“Unfortunately, we have not been treated fairly, especially about payments and communication. Now, we are also waiting for payments for work done in April, and many of us are struggling. Some children are not back in school, bills are piling up, and the director, Francis, just tells us to be patient.

“We are sharing this to warn other creative people, freelancers, and service providers to be careful when working with this agency. We are also asking for immediate payment for our work. Please keep my identity hidden.”
